Charles Antaki

Charles Antaki is Professor of Language and Social Psychology at Loughborough University. His research centres around the use of conversation analysis in analysing problems of communication. Along with Leelo Keevallik and Elwys De Stefani, he edits the journal Research on Language and Social Interaction (often referred to by its acronym ROLSI).

Jon Hindmarsh

Jon Hindmarsh is Professor of Work and Interaction at King’s Business School, King’s College London, UK. He undertakes video-based studies in a variety of organisational settings, especially within healthcare, and explores themes such as the interactional organisation of teamwork, technology use and training. He has published over seventy papers in edited collections and journals and has acted as a reviewer for over twenty different journals and conferences. He has also authored or edited four books with colleagues, including Video in Qualitative Research (with Christian Heath and Paul Luff), Organisation, Interaction and Practice (with Nick Llewellyn) and Communication in Healthcare Settings (with Alison Pilnick and Virginia Teas Gill).

Marina Cantarutti

Dr. Marina N. Cantarutti is an early career researcher and multimodal and interactional linguist working on the role and organisation of grammar, phonetics, and gesture in associative practices in everyday interaction. She holds a PhD in Language and Communication (University of York, 2020) and is currently a fixed-term Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Languages and Applied Linguistics at the Open University. She also holds over a decade of experience in English language teaching and has lectured in Applied Phonetics, Discourse, and Conversation Analysis in Higher Education institutions in Argentina and in the UK.
